All our steaks are vacuum-sealed to preserve freshness and then shipped in recyclable, insulated boxes with non-toxic gel ice packs to ensure they stay at food-safe temperatures during transit.

We source exclusively from sustainable, local farms that prioritize ethical animal welfare. Our beef is 100% grass-fed and finished, ensuring the highest quality marbling and flavor profile.
What is your shipping policy?
We offer nationwide shipping. Orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours and shipped via express courier. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our facility.
Can I return or exchange food items?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or does not meet our quality standards, please contact us within 24 hours for a full replacement or refund.
How long can I store the meat in my freezer?
Our vacuum-sealed steaks can be stored in the freezer for up to 12 months without loss of quality. Once thawed, we recommend consuming the meat within 3 to 5 days.
